¹⁵ Behold, He ^(A)restrains the waters, and they dry up;
And He ^(B)sends them out, and they overturn the earth.
¹⁶ With Him are strength and sound wisdom;
The ^(C)misled and the misleader belong to Him.
¹⁷ He makes ^(D)counselors walk ^[a]barefoot
And makes fools of ^(E)judges.
